MEET WITH DAVID MOTSENBOCKER

The first step to get things rolling for your new steel metal building is to meet with David Motsenbocker. Right away, he'll help you plan and design a building that exactly suits your needs.

Unlike other companies, customization is no problem for Outback Steel Buildings. If you want your own doors, no problem. If you want open dirt floors, no problem. No matter how tall or wide your windows, David can help you achieve your vision.

And with our proprietary MultibuildTM program, we can accurately design a building to your specifications and instantly calculate the price of your finished steel metal building. You won't have to wait for days or weeks for a bid wondering if you'll be within your budget.

GET APPROVAL FROM ENGINEERING

Once your design — specific to California, of course — is completed, it will be sent to Outback Steel Buildings' engineering department for approval. Note: Some local counties require plot maps, David can assist you if needed.

GET BUILDING PERMIT FROM COUNTY

Once your plans are approved, you'll need to apply for a permit in your county to erect your metal building. Normally, this process takes two to three weeks. But due to the current affairs of the State of California, this process may take longer. David is familiar with the process and available for assistance if you so desire. Also please n

David is also a licensed General Contractor (#863786), so if you wish him to build your structure, he can do that, too.

MOVE IN

Move in, decorate, and accessorize your new building. Be sure to have an Open House with lots of food and drink. Invite all your friends and family to celebrate your beautiful new building. And don't forget to invite David!
